Qurutze Dawdo, originally uploaded by !ShT!@Q (h@vE @ n!Ce wEEkEnD). Another delight from Hunza. A slightly sour soup made from the local dried cheese. Often cooked with sliced chapati. Believed to be stimulant. Dawdo means soup. Had this one at Hidden Paradise Hotel, Karimabad, Hunza.
